PERSONAL TRAINING THAT IS GENUINELY PERSONAL

Never entered a gym before? Wish you could confidently step foot into the weights section? Struggling with injuries or have complex medical needs? Don't fret, we have got you! 

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Our 1-1 sessions are tailored to each individual client. learning each movement pattern, each lift, from the very basics up to the more advanced. Our goal is to get you confident in all aspects of fitness and nutrition so that you can achieve all of your goals, with or without us.

£30 per session.

 

2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Train with a friend or relative! There are many bonuses to training in a pair, obviously, it's less costly. It also gives me a chance to be able to coach you on 'spotting' each other (keeping each other safe when weight lifting).

Training with the same person also helps keep each other motivated! 

£18 per session.

 4-1 (SMALL GROUP) PERSONAL TRAINING

Maximum of 4 clients at one time, (no need to find 3 other people, we do that for you!).

Small enough to be personal to each individual, but large enough cut cost further.

These sessions are best suited to clients who have some previous gym experience. If you don't yet have that experience but you would like to join, don't fret! I always suggest having 1 or 2 1-1 sessions first. Then we can go through key movement patterns and correct form first.

£12.50 per session
