HOW DOES IT WORK?
WEEK 1 AND 2
You will learn the art of calorie counting and the fundamentals of nutrition.
You will learn how to lose body fat whilst still eating the foods you love!
You will start tracking and uploading your steps, becoming more accountable for your daily activity.
You will meet the other ladies on the team and get settled in.
WEEK 3 AND 4
We will talk about the importance of exercise on your mental and physical health.
How by gradually increasing your daily activity, you can dramatically improve your quality of life.
We will aim to be increasing your daily activity levels whilst continuing to coach you through your nutrition.
WEEK 5 AND 6
Hydration and Hormones!
Why are they such a big deal?
If you struggle with brain fog, extreme fatigue or hormone problems then then this will be beneficial for you.
We have spent HOURS putting together infographics and videos explaining everything from periods to the menopause. We have also included PCOS and hormone imbalances.
WEEK 7 AND 8
A QUIZ and a re-cap on all you have learnt.
How can we take the knowledge we have gained and use it going forward? - Sustainable results for the win!
The final weigh, photos and measurements! The exciting bit! We get to see how much your hard work has paid off!
We will also count up all of the activity points to see who has won the £100 Boringdon Hall Spa voucher!
