HOW DOES IT WORK?

WEEK 1 AND 2

You will learn the basics of calorie counting the fundamentals of nutrition. I will teach you how to lose body fat whilst still eating the foods you love!

You will start tracking your steps and becoming more accountable for your daily activity.

You will join the online community group and become part of our amazing team.

WEEK 3 AND 4

We will talk about the importance of exercise on your mental and physical health. How by gradually increasing your daily activity, you can dramatically improve your quality of life.

  • Need to lower your blood pressure? 

  • Have you been told you are pre-diabetic?

  • Struggling to conceive?

Exercise and increasing your daily activity can help you. We will look at the science (bite size I promise!).

WEEK 5 AND 6

Hydration! Why is it such a big deal? 

If you struggle with brain fog or extreme fatigue then this may be very beneficial for you.

We will be setting targets for water intake, understanding why is it so important. Keeping an eye on our steps and re calculating our calories to make sure we are still on target.

WEEK 7 AND 8

A LIVE Q&A and a re-cap on all you have learnt. How can we take the knowledge we have gained and use it going forward? 

At the end of week 8 all of the final weight and measurement results will be submitted to me and the results sent privately and the top 5 announced.
