We will spend the 8 weeks breaking down the myths surrounding fat loss and then work together to build new, sustainable habits. This programme will differ to others that you may have seen because we strive to increase your daily activity levels as well as just tackling your calorie intake.
Our newly formatted challenge offers you the option to take part in points based, daily activity challenges.
You have the option (this part of the challenge is not mandatory!) to earn up to 3 points a day
by completing mini, activity challenges.
These mini challenges are designed to compliment your calorie deficit,
increase your daily activity levels and torch body fat.
